KCraftive is committed to delivering quality services that meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below:

• A setup fee and the first month’s payment are due immediately upon service commencement.

• Recurring monthly subscription fees are billed as agreed.

• Refunds are not provided except in the rare case of an outright failure by KCraftive to deliver contracted services.

• Refunds do not apply if service issues arise due to third-party vendors or tools beyond KCraftive’s control.

• Customers may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be given for payments already made.

• Late payment fees may apply as specified in the Terms of Service.
