KCraftive is committed to delivering quality services that meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below:
A setup fee and the first month’s payment are due immediately upon service commencement.
Recurring monthly subscription fees are billed as agreed.
Refunds are not provided except in the rare case of an outright failure by KCraftive to deliver contracted services.
Refunds do not apply if service issues arise due to third-party vendors or tools beyond KCraftive’s control.
Customers may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be given for payments already made.
Late payment fees may apply as specified in the Terms of Service.
